My significant other would be lost without autocorrect/complete, as can't spell worth a dam. Smart, smart man but he failz at teh spellings. Sometimes I get near indecipherable text messages from him as his phone apparently lacks the auto correct feature. Time to get him a knew one.

Millennium: DamnYankees: Making spelling obsolete is a good thing. The point of language is communication, not spelling.

Communication can only be effectively achieved when standards are in place and followed by all parties. Have you learned nothing from the browser wars?

Now all browsers are Taco Bell?

FormlessOne: The dumber you get, the more money I make - I'm all for autocomplete.

if the USA had a dumb tax we'd have no national debt and new bridges coast to coast.

BurnShrike: Smelly Pirate Hooker: I (almost) wish I got nude photos via email. All I get is work, sometimes multiple times.

You're on the internet. How hard can it be to get men to send you nude photos?

I'm not gay, and I've had men send me (unsolicited) nude photos.

I said "almost." As in, "if I HAVE to choose between getting the same farking files that I just sent someone else and nude pictures of strangers, I guess I'd choose the nude pics." Lesser of two evils and all that. I'd prefer to get neither. As I'm at work, I'm not going to solicit nude pictures.

I read what I type out before I submit it. It works wonders for avoiding stupid auto-correct errors, and takes minimal time.
