It could use a Kleenex, moisturizer, and a pedicure, but the Kleenex is the highest priority.\

You can print it out and color it in. Might be nice with rainbow stripes or stars and neptune or something pretty on its side.

I'd let her "feed the aardvark" if you know what I mean.

That is just downright adorable.
Why is it being bottle fed? Where is the Mother Aardvark?

violentsalvation: The little guy looks to be made entirely out of testicle skin.

Testicles don't have skin. The scrotum, which encases them, does.

/please don't skin my testicles

(In the voice of Jacky Mason) "Well now you can see why I'm blue!", followed immediately by "See Ani, meesa coulda beena much worse, meesa coulda beena Babi. BABI, ANI! Ani?"

hillary: A live birth with those nails. Mom must be pretty tore up. Literally.

That was my first thought. Maybe the claws are soft until they dry out in the air or something. Otherwise, totally explains why it has to be bottle fed. Mom is shredded.

2012-04-01 04:54:12 PM
Aww. It's cute in that strange hairless terrestrial mammal sort of way. Definitely cuter than a hairless rat.

Then again, I have seen many a baby fly. My standards are probably low.

/Botflies are the worst.

Me too.

2012-04-01 05:02:09 PM
Oh come on, it's cute. It's not like human babies are usually born covered in fur, either.

/unless they're premature, so the lanugo hasn't fallen off yet.

2012-04-01 05:18:53 PM
I'd bottle-feed it!

I wonder how it tastes? What kind of wine goes with aardvark?

That's an armadillo, numbnuts. Completely different animal.

Tax Boy: [mob707.photobucket.com image 179x240]

Anteater. Not the same.

And I think it's adorable. Of course, I think most baby animals are adorable, each in their own way. I even like spiders, so, y'know...

Aardvarks are really sweet critters. I used to love to go and pat the one at the San Diego zoo when I was there. Very good-natured little fella. They are never "covered in hair", by the way, even as adults. They just get a few, long, wiry hairs on them here and there - kinda like a pig.

They are born head-first, and the arms & legs are pointing backwards when they emerge, so no problemo with the claws unless there is a breach birth. You folks must think babies claw their way out of the womb or something - that's NOT how it works...

/Science - how does it farking work??
