Yup, a lot of us. Hell, I even have a tiny bit of beer gut. It has to do a lot with the diet, and the fact that we're getting used to a sedentary lifestyle.

I noticed the other day that a flour tortilla has 275 calories for each 71g tortilla.

Comparing an apple would have about 1/10 (29 cals) the calories for the same weight and the same weight peanut butter would only have half more (417 cals).

Great. And when the retailers around here start stocking Mexican sizes, there will be no room at all for clothes for normal BMI ranges. Barely any room now, with the 5XL hoodies And I live in the thinnest state!
