The way I heard it, the witnesses said that Zimmerman was on top of Trayvon.

Getting "pummeled" does not justify lethal force. Especially if you've been following the guy for so long that it's come to this. Even if you decided to get your gun out, which I would really not suggest, there are warning shots. There are non-lethal wounds. There's telling him to stop, or you'll shoot.

It's like me when I used to get extremely high. Everybody else must be smoking up, too.

All I can say is that there are some guns that are designed for practical purposes (hunting, marksmanship, etc) and then you have guns that are basically designed with the intention of shooting people.

So my guess is that those feelings come from those people who are carrying the latter instead of the former.

1) How was it wrong for the 911 operator to tell the douche not to escalate?
2) What crime did the kid commit? Difficulty: walking while black is not a crime.
3) He obviously instigated the fight. He started it by escalating the situation, stalking the kid and then confronting him.

That is a russian nascent (not sure of spelling) it is the only revolver that can use a silencer. the cylinder seals with the barrel when the gun is fired.

1) That's not a Glock. It appears to be a toy gun.
2) If it were a silencer, you wouldn't be able to see through it.
3) A silencer would be useless on the real version of that gun, as the propellant gasses and noise escape from the clearance between the cylinder and the barrel, before the bullet ever exits the gun.

Can't silence revolvers. Well, there are a very few exceptions, but I don't think that is a Nagant M1895 or a soviet cold war specialty piece.
