I've made a few efforts over the years to get into doonesbury, but some far out political tangent ensues, and I don't wanna pay attention to that kind of stuff, especially on the funnies page.

I read it this morning and I didn't get it.

Now I can feel content and "in on things" that I, too, am a total farker. Just like the CIA dude in Doonsbury.

hey... I saw the creator of Doons on Screen Savers over the weekend.... he's a big time Tech TV fan... even has referenced them a few times.

Doonesbury is rarely funny. This is at least original, though lame.

doonesbury is great - i've been following the strip for years. that one would have been funnier though, if one of the guy's hands had been...um...under the table. ah well.

I wouldn't be surprised, a WHOLE lot of morning DJ's troll Fark; I've noticed that a lot of late night show writers seem to do the same. Therefore, the next logical step up the humorists rung would have to be comic strip/book writers.

Associating Poonsbury with Total Fark is not a favorable advertising technique, just FYI.

The Seattle Times started running The Far Side again starting today. And the new Breathed strips are starting in a week or two. It's almost like the late 80s all over again.

By the way, not a huge fan of the Boondocks. I like the guy for being different, but when he's not preaching to the converted, he's beating a dead horse. Actually, when he's preaching to the converted (and face it, how many conservatives read his strip) he's still beating that horse.

Screw Aaron Macgruder. What's with the guy with the ridiculously huge hair? It's just a couple black kids biatching about nothing.
