Honest Bender: Simple solution, contact GoDaddy. Tell them you're being spammed by one of their users. Send in email complaints with the offending emails attached or copied in-line. When he emails you back refusing to pull your name, complain to GoDaddy again. They WILL pull his hosting. Eventually.

Alternatively, set up a script to email him once every 30 minutes with a request to be removed from his mailing list(s). Don't terminate the script until he's complied.

These are both very good ideas. I see him possibly getting a little lawsuit-y with the second one, but what is his legal defense going to be, that he received lots of unwanted emails, and that you wouldn't cease when he asked you to?
