I sent this thread to my old boss (who hated him) and a couple of old co-workers. They think it is hilarious. He is really just the sleezeball that he portrays himself as. Christ, I wish I could call up a story, but all I remember is him being on our shiat list of customers, and people trying to get out of helping him. Trivia Jockey: When the story first came out, I sent the guy an email telling him how childish he was being. Well, I then got put on an email distribution list for his "press releases". I asked twice to be taken off of it, and now this is the latest "press release". I am so honored to be so important to this douchnozzle.


From the FTC clarification of the CAN-SPAM Act:
"Clarifying that to submit a valid opt-out request, a recipient cannot be required to pay a fee, provide information other than his or her email address and opt-out preferences, or take any other steps other than sending a reply email message or visiting a single page on an Internet website."

This appears to be a clear violation of the CAN-SPAM Act.
