Being a UK recipe it's by weight, not cups. I think all the ingredients translate OK, caster sugar is fine granulated sugar, but not the powdered stuff you'd use for icing/frosting.

Yeah I saw your other post. I thought it looked familiar. I've worked with his recipes before (and converting units is no problem for me, the math is simple) and they've never disappointed.

And this is awesome too! I love drawing portraits but am horrible with proportions, skull size, eyes, etc. I have taken to copying off my photos with an overhead projector just to get the sizes correct. Shading and detail I can do on my own. It is my mad scientist approach to art!

Portrait drawing relaxes the hell out of me and I prefer it over anything else... I am surprised I can nail the proportion and whatnot since I have such a horrible eye for things like that...

That came our larger than expected so I'll link this one.

I made blackened mahi-mahi with a sort of random, use-leftover-stuff hash of potatoes and onions that I just sort of tossed around a pan with some pepper and salt and rosemary cause I couldn't think of anything else to do.

I think you sell yourself short, those are great! I am trying to get better, but I need to draw more often than I currently do. I want to paint some portraits too.
