Was there force and/or terror involved? No (well unless they were into kinky games but that would be simulated not real). Calling this rape belittles the victims of non-consentual rape. Things like this is why we have such a huge percent of the population in prison. There are much better ways of handling this than sending her away for a long time for the crime of 'rape'.
