He's got $5 mil in federal tax liens?

I mean, everyone knows the old stereotype about music guys or entertainers being dipshiats with their money, but damn. This guy was getting like a million a song to appear for like 30 seconds on other people's tracks, and he must have dozens upon dozens of tracks he's appeared on over the last three or four years.

Either he is so rich he simply doesn't know or care about this paltry 5 mil and his accountant will eventually just write a check, or he's managed to blow $100 million or whatever in the space of a couple of years.

Neither one would surprise me I suppose.

OK, according to celebrity net worth dot com he is worth $95 million.

If so it was the former option.

Lil Wayne's 10,000-square-foot Kenner, La., "celebrity" mansion, on sale for $1.7 million, has been cited for high grass...

Code compliance cited me in February for having high grass...It's February why the crap should I be mowing...Then last week I noticed a note on my garage door. it was the neighborhood "COP" (citizen on patrol) letting me know that my yard looked unsightly and I should clean up the weeds or he could tell code compliance on me. Really you have nothing better to do you old fart. My lawn is maybe 5 inches tall and we are growing sunflowers in a patch of lawn, like we do every year. Bastard.

That part confused me. $5 million in leins against a $1.7 million mansion? How does that work, exactly?

Income tax liens. It means he isn't paying his taxes to Uncle Sam.

Ah. Figures. The farking IRS comes after me for $1000 in tuition deductions because the year I claimed them they didn't require the tax form that schools send out documenting your tuitition paid, but then assholes like this get to skate around with 5 mil in unpaid taxes.

I had no idea he was in that. To be fair, it's been crap since season 3.

I've always wondered about this. Where are these guys' accountants? how much are the accountants skimming?

Yeah but what does "worth" mean? He probably doesn't have much cash, but has $95 million in property (everything, not just real estate). Most of which he couldn't actually sell for much to make it liquid.

I know my technical net worth... but there's no way I could get rid of everything to produce that much in actual cash.

Yep, go nuts. I actually have a larger list than you, I'll send it along if you want it. I always like knowing which farkers are in NOLA. Its my favorites list, not in my public profile.

Honest question: is Little Wayne developmentally disabled? Everytime I see his high school yearbook photo he just strikes me as having Downs or some other form of retardation.
