What if the solar prominences that have been observed regularly, since we were able to do so, have all been 'Deathstar Mk.III' refuelling stops?

The tech needed to propell/run/sheild/power a spacecraft of that type would surely require some sort of re-fuelling, no?

Why would the borg have cubic space craft and not spherical? The vast magority of space's moving vessels are spherical.
