Heh, I wonder what other countries think of the US holidays. I would like to hear about other countries holidays written up like this...

Nosebreaker,

You might wanna check out One Man's Halloween in the Netherlands then. I'm sure you'll enjoy it... even though there aren't any stinky fish involved.

So they don't have halloween in Norway? No wonder black metal seem so oblivous to how kischy they look to us. I guess if you'd never seen an Elvira special then corpse-paint and bullet belts might seem legitamatly scary.

Are you kidding me? Black metal band outfits are insanely scary.

See what I mean? Horrific.

Eludious_P_Wafflehouse:So they don't have halloween in Norway?

I'm tempted to say that we off course don't have halloween over here inthe land of ice and snow - but then, as duly noted in the article (see, I even read it) it is sneaking in... amply helped by the toystores and the candymakers I guess. While I don't have much of a feel for the thing myself, I guess I have to learn fast; I got more than a hunch my american fiancee will see to that - and there is something terrible tempting about scaring ten kinds of shiat from a kid hopeing for freebies..

But then, I'm willing to wager that we over here knows more about Halloween than any over there knows about Olsok...
