Heh. Saw GnR just outside Denver last December. Overall it was pretty good, but I think one of the reasons Axl has GnR as such a large band now is so he can get everyone else to play an extended solo and he goes backstage.

Seriously, I think he went backstage during every song.

And other than Axl, the longest tenured member of GnR is Dizzy Reed.

I don't want to see the original GnR lineup perform together anymore, the moment has passed. Fat Axl and his coverband can keep it all to themselves.

I got a feeling after they get in the RnR HOF you will see them together, slash has been up for it the last few years and now axl is cooling to his hatred of slash.

I guess after working with shiatty guitarists or at least people who don't fit your sound made him rethink his hatred.

He looks like he had that cosmetic procedure where they use lasers on your face and take off the whole first layer. A chemical peel or a laser treatment--I don't know much about them but it's supposed to give you younger, smoother skin. He doesn't seem to have any wrinkles.

I don't think you're supposed to go out in public for a few days after you have it done, though.

I was 8 in 1990. The reason I look far different now than I did in 1990 has nothing to do with the reasons that Axl Rose looks nothing like he did in 1990. The Beastie Boys, who are also getting in the RRHoF this year, don't look all that much different than they did 20 years ago, probably because they all quit drinking and doing drugs, and actually take care of themselves. The two Adams have gray hair, but that's about it as far as noticeable change goes.
