Got her from the shelter about 5 years ago. Doesn't care for the kids, doesn't care for the wife. But she follows me around like a dog might. When I get home, she is downstairs meowing her farking head off...calling for me.

I call her "Meow-Meow". Stupid name...but do cats really care?

To Ze Actual Point at last! Tnx Debby7813 for picking up that vintage-look "Puss in Boots" I fetched in end of last yr or early this to caption-- was at last able to return original book that was in to owner. You Can Tell clone brush to paint out type on this didn't work; got much tiny All Rights Reserved, palely.
One More Thing, before I progress to pg 2 (type at vy ft of pg 1). Had another e from our favorite Alien, who says she's been blocked from getting into places here (like exactly here) to which she oughta be entitled. I suggested she request some Aid & Assistance from Drew's minions. Isn't that one of the things he's supposed to pay them for, unless they do it out of the kindness of their hearts?

An update: The thesis was submitted last Monday, just in time for vacation so I went away with a clear conscience. A couple of days later, the SO got down on one knee in the sand to dig out a ring for me ;)

And now, a cat! In the week we were gone, Pico outgrew Corky. I know Corky is small but Pico is only 7 months so I figure he is going to be monstrous. Everything will be fine if they ever stop bugging the &*(^%^ out of each other.

I get to pick up my new grandkitty tomorrow! My son has decided he wants a cat (after seeing how much fun we have with the Zoo Crew). A friend of his has decided she is tired of her cat, and has sent her outside (unspayed) to live. My son wanted the cat, but felt he could not afford the initial outlay for vet expenses. So mom to the rescue. Going to pick her up tomorrow, get her examined, vaccinated, and spayed, and delivered to him (he's doing an internship four hours from here presently).

The only thing that worries me is how my four will react to her. Hoping they will be accepting for the short time she will be here. Pics to follow.
