I've learned over time that the washington post is a completely non-biased periodical and it's articles and opinions should be taken to be 100% factual. It is merely a coincidence that every article and opinion is pro-GOP and anti-Obama.

No.

That article has no evidence that any of them are bad at their jobs, just that they donated money to the President. The only bad thing they found of any substance is that Cynthia Stourm was kind of a douche about housing. So many hit pieces with so little substance this week. The Sheriff Joe IT squad, followed by Obama introducing a professor at a rally, and now this.

How about you get a real scandal if you're going to run something as a scandal, can you do that? Jesus

They do think that access to contraception should be limited, so that women can no longer control whether they get pregnant or not. You and your waterheaded YouTube-level commenting brethren may find that acceptable, but I suspect that you're going to be disappointed with the wider reaction to that message.

Actually, it looks like the Inspector General found that one was very bad at her job and the other was mean-spirited and attempted to misuse government funds.

Don't stick up for these POS just because Obama appointed them. He probably doesn't know them personally and the arrangement is part of fund raising. Blame them for being bad at a job that is extremely easy.

I would endorse that ticket, except my preliminary polling suggests that the Witch King may have issues with women voters. Also there's some continuing disagreement as to whether the time is right for Cthulhu to make his run, since he hasn't finished his first term as New Jersey Governor yet.

So lets change the law so no president can do it... Oh wait Republicans are against doing just that. To them that's infringing on "free speech".

When people complain about someone doing something like this but then are against changing the laws so it can't happen it sort of rings hollow to me.

One person can't change the system. Only by changing the system can you change the system.

It is a time-honored tradition to reward political supporters with administration jobs, ambassadorships in particular. And Obama's administration falls in line with the previous one in terms of the share of ambassadors who are political appointees rather than career Foreign Service officers.

Remember 2001-2008, when crony appointments weren't crony appointments, they were just good common sense? Putting the best person in the job, the one with experience and all the right contacts? Then something happened on Jan. 20, 2009.

If there is one thing I've noticed about B. Hussein Obama, it's how he chooses which lies to tell. Given a menu of lies, he will UN-FAILINGLY tell thr biggest one. That is what it is... whatever. But even more amazing is how liberals lap it up like starving kittens around a saucer of warm milk.

On topic: the President can appoint whomever he sees fit for these places. Most diplomatic jobs are not extremely strenuous and are handled more then fine by capable political appointees. Obviously in sensitive/troubled areas you want professionals, but seriously, our representative in Zurich doesn't need a whole shat-ton of experience.

Being petty and petulant isn't going to win my vote, GOP.

Instead try being honest, honorable, fair, and benevolent. Try helping your fellow Americans instead of trying to profit from your exploitation of them. You know... try being good people.

Granted... even if you try to give up your comic book villain playbook, I'm not likely to think you sincere for quite some time (5-10 years or so), but eventually you might earn my vote.

Or you can keep being the most vile, disgusting, dishonest, and pathetic bunch of assholes we have involved in our political system.

I'm attacking the article for being a misleading hit piece. It says that 47 of Obama's biggest fundraisers, including bundlers, have gotten positions and another nine have gotten appointed to "presidential boards and committees." Most of those positions are going to be ceremonial and have no authority, but they are including them anyways. Then it said after a review of all of that, only two had a problem worth writing about, and one of them was just that the woman was a jerk. The article was written with the idea that Obama is bad, whether he was bad or not from the evidence they gathered.

What little they have to show for it is really telling. They clearly read all the reports on the level of skill of these people, and the best they can get is that two of the 56 appointees are assholes. What about the other 54 people? If you take all the editorializing out of the article, it sounds like Obama is doing a good job at this overall.

Or no wait, it says "more than half of the 47 biggest donors" - so we don't even know how many. We don't know why 47 was the cut off. The whole thing is misleading
