Attention to detail for the win!

I played through AB and some of the Seasons stuff but quite frankly I found Bunny Shooter to be more enjoyable and feature some much more compelling puzzles. I also liked the sound the rabbits make when they are crushed and/or skewered.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of it either. The game has been done better so many times. God help me if they ever release an iOS version of Gunbound, though.

I enjoy it, and think this evolution of the gameplay looks really fun.

That's said, the only thing I want an iOS port of more than Gunbound is Nanaca Crash...

Of course the concept has been done before. Long ago, even. The difference is the execution. Angry Birds has slick graphics, variety in gameplay, tons of levels and a constant stream of updates. All the little birds have their own personalities and abilities. Look at it this way: A tennis match is run of the mill. A tennis match between William Wallace and Captain Kirk on the LA freeway, using sawed down banjos and a breast implant is a lot more interesting. And why? Because of all that extra shiat and the possibility for things to go much different than your normal tennis match. Presentation is important, and Angry Birds has a cool presentation.

Still waiting for someone to make a Scorched Earth clone that addresses these things.

Angry Birds Seasons has been the best money spent in this franchise. Lots of holiday updates, currently it's Cherry Blossom levels. It's nice to play for a few days beat the levels and a months later get a fresh set of levels.

We've had artillary style games like this for ages, but suddenly someone puts cute little animals in it and everyone is like SQUEEEE! I think this is one of those things that is only popular because it's popular. Just wait until they come out with Angry Birds cereal, or Angry Birds the movie. It's going to happen.

Angry Birds is the best babysitter a stressed-out parent could ever hope for. Will be buying this one the day it comes out.
