Kim actually looked pretty good in that pic, despite the bald spot. If you have an attractive face and are in good shape, being bald doesn't necessarily look bad.

Yeah, I'd hardly consider either one of those to be bald spots. I have thin hair and sometimes, depending on the way it's parted or the light hits it, it can look like that. If anything, this makes me feel better about my own sorry scalp.

Hair extensions baffle me. You want long hair, but will pay to have fake hair temporarily and painfully sewn to to your scalp rather than grow it out.
