Every news limited video has a terrible, terrible voice over. News rooms do this all the time, surely it can't be that hard to find a journalist who can enunciate in a clear and interesting manner?

You can see the charges going off at 1:14 of the video. There's tiny puffs of smoke as the initial squibs go off.
