Thread on today's Fark with buncha comments & Sad tag: Man charged with 113 counts of CRASHING A TRUCK FILLED WITH PUPPIES. This happened in western Germany, they said. Luckily only one died of its injuries, but that's still sad.

laulaja: makewhatis, you needn't apologize for linking a vid someone might've seen. Someone else may never have seen, as I hadn't either. Cat sure seemed to be having fun, even tho getting rather wet.
Thought They Who Think They Know said the moon-Jupiter-Venus whatsiz was supposed to be better Sun & Mon eves. But Indpls may have been cloudy until Wed, so q_j had to work with what he was given. Not Bad A-tall I Say!

There was a big fire at an older apartment house (+20 units, 3 stories) this afternoon,
I just got an email from her.
The email said...
"I thought that you and your caturday friends might like this... We saved 6 animals from the fire on E. Washington."
She included a photo.
I just wanted to post this to give her props for going above and beyond the call of duty.
Her name is Tiffany.
She's the one holding the kitty.

Am Up, wee bit earlier than normal.
Primary hdline in this AM's paper, TERROR AND DEVASTATION in ltrs 1.25" tall. Dunno what point size that is, besides big.

Still need to Clean Up, then get on rd to Oxford for Harmony Fest scoping out. Wished to look up something else, but like Gtr Good sites, it timed out quickly. Maybe I can get Plumbicon to look it up on his droid for me. Still don't know why inkydoo couldn't make it in, spkg of droids -- she'll be able to get on shortly anyway.

Good Meowning! Today is the State Orchestra contest at our local highschool. So glad the foul weather has scooted past without damage. Hooman kit is playing violin, then he has a four hour shift as a helper. He is going to be tired when he gets home!

That aside, a few days ago, my 9 year old cat, Ceis, decided to park himself among the knick-knacks displayed on my (gas log) fireplace mantle. I was amused by that, so I got a photo. Not two minutes after this photo was taken, he went elsewhere. Didn't knock over or move a single thing, he actually tried to tread carefully.
