What kind of weapon is a "3AW caller"? Is that like an Aussie Glock? Why were they friends? What did the weapon claim?

The whole point to the Samaritan story is that he was just some ordinary guy that did something nice, not that he was somehow special or "good" for doing something nice.

Some time ago, there was an Afghani who saw a wounded Marine bleeding in the sand from an IED. Rather than run away as many other Afghanis would do, or finish off the helpless American as other Afghanis would do, this particular one helped cover the wounds and got him to safety. When the Marine recovered, he told stories of the Afghani who helped him, and how he thought that in that country that he was at war with, everyone had to be his enemy.
