I heard her on NPR the other day. The did an interview with some dude who grew up in a hardcore Christian fundamentalist household. He was also gay and in the closet and his Cranberries albums were the one thing that made him sane and happy. Then the interviewer surprised him by bringing O'Riordan on. She was incredibly sweet and gave the guy a lot of respect, just chatting with him for a few minutes.

I don't know if that's her typical attitude, but she seemed nice as hell.

/Not relevant to her musical abilities, which are awesome regardless.
