It's not just selfish men. I've encountered plenty of women who don't communicate sufficiently in bed. If you're not willing to tell your partner when they're doing something wrong -- or right, for that matter -- you're going to have to get used to disappointment.

It extends beyond "communication" to the fact that a significant number of women don't know how to give themselves orgasms.
