They can just cut more programs that the states and cities use then those states and towns can raise regressive taxes to make up the difference. They can also transfer the costs of medicare to user fees so that the middle class will have to pick up the tab for all that too. No big deal.

The real yield on 5-year T-bills has been negative since last April, 7-year T-bills have been negative since last August, and 10-year T-bills have been zero or negative since last November. The market is screaming at the top of its lungs that it wants to give us free money. Who the fark is dumb enough to not take free money when its being offered to them?

I was completely amazed they all (except for Paul) are pretty much set on a war with Iran the minute they are sworn in 'cause they might get nuclear weapons.

When Paul brought up the fact that many of the Soviet era nuclear weapons are unaccounted for they were like deer in the headlights.
