This happened on the south side of St. Louis, looks like, so these were probably tweakers being idiots in the car, as opposed to gangsters from the north side beefing over something.

Also, did anybody else spot the bit where the shooter actually drove the vic to the hospital? Yeah, these guys were just that stupid, not actually enemies. That also means no murder 1 charge, probably, since the prosecution would have trouble proving the requisite intent.
