You could spend .1% of that to record a sock puppet with the same script and have it be just as effective. I thought these lotteries were supposed to help fund schools and so forth, not make lottery exec's and advertising agencies rich.

I've never had very strong feelings on the matter one way or another. I guess I have stronger feelings for idiots who play the lottery than I do for ad execs who make a memorable (good or bad) character to hock their wares.
