I think you could likely tell, though. Provided that the prostitutes were over about 25, just compare their features to their reported age. If they look way older, they're likely prostitutes.

Honestly, I find it unlikely he didn't. His story has changed multiple times, from "I never met her" to "I met her, but didn't touch her" to "she blew me" so his credibility is questionable. Additionally, most people don't get torn rotator cuffs from giving a consensual beej.
She's not the most sympathetic character, and it would be tough to get a conviction beyond a reasonable doubt, but in a civil more-likely-than-not standard? Yeah, his story has a lot of holes.
