Once all dead bodies are required by law to be turned into a hardened, flexible, sterile polymer, those bodies can easily be converted for sexual use. Through this social change, necrophiliacs will then be encouraged to wait before engaging in post-mortem copulation, so that they may enjoy sex with dead bodies in a controlled, healthy, legal environment.

There's one part of that statement I'm not quite following....

Lets say you are sitting around with a friend doing drugs or hanging drywall or anything, and you live a block away from the hospital. Your friend dies, but you don't realize he is dead (you just think he is passed out or something) and you throw him into the car and drive to the hospital because that would be faster than calling an ambulance, either planning on dumping him in front of the doors or getting the attention of the nurses or orderlies. But he actually died before you threw him into your car and thus you transported a corpse. Would that transportation be a felony?

That makes me wonder if there's some epidemic of people exhuming corpses, dressing them in tuxedos, and making them dance to 1930s music.
