Subby for the artisan-cheese article that started that thread did use "Blessed are the home artisan cheese-makers". Knew I'd seen that sentence within quite recent memory. A number of cheeses are acquired tastes, especially Limburger. Had some once, some time ago, thought it was decent but haven't made a habit of it. Fear my rennet tabs are too old to do the trick, but am now aware of a couple places I can get more in case Kroger no longer stocks. Haven't thought lately to look there, but now I will. May have also said, have taken steps to recover the Finn cookbook I Creatively Filed & can no longer locate. There was also a Suomilauluu (Finland Sings) songbook that I haven't seen since we moved from the House InThe City. That, I fear, may not be recoverable.

Almost seconds after saving it, sent it to the retiring editor of the News who's also sent me cat pix that I've fetched here.

Personally like sardines, but only water-pack or mustard-pack. Oil-pack is too calorific, cajun-sauce-pack is too hot (or was the only time I tried 'em). Don't Ever Do liver of any kind tho the Feline Overlords love it (natch). Like sauerkraut occasionally, esp when cooked with some reasonably low-fat meat or equiv (as turkey sausage). Will eat oysters but not raw. Never had either deer heart or eel. One must hunt, or know a hunter well, to reasonably do deer heart.
Did manage to sorta-move (more like re-save to where they belonged) the earlier-mentioned saved-to-wrong-subfolder.
