I thought this might be a complaint about a Duke practice being televised, and I was going to ask if it was one of Coach K's recruiting videos endorsement commercials.

I can almost guarantee that there will be an NCAA rule against this type of thing next year. We all know if Coach Krzyzewski did it, it would the newest groundbreaking tool in recruitment and public relations.

You know it. The thing that strikes me as funny is that Calipari had the idea to televise a practice, somebody called ESPN, and ESPN realized "televising a Kentucky practice will get us more viewers than our usual Wednesday afternoon programming- let's do it!"

Not a game, not a game. Practice. We're talking about practice. What are we talking about? Practice.

DIII. Nobody would care. The women's volleyball practices are more interesting, anyway.

And I bet they had a broadcast team that still managed to talk about Duke and any team other than UK during the practice.

The Broadcast team consisted of a Lexington Newscaster, a UK Blogger and Public Access TV Host, and a UK assistant coach, so, there was very little talk about Duke

Yes, but the team also sucks. To the point that even the Kentucky game was relegated to ESPN3.

Why not just go a step further and show Calipari FedExing a wad of Benjamins to a player's mother or arranging to have a stand in to take a top prospect's SAT?

2,000 in attendance? Hell, SEC spring football practices routinely sell out stadiums.

/ok, not so much practices as 'scrimmages'

That's also pre-season. UK basketball's first practice had over 24,000 show up.

Murray is moist, not dry. You can drink at a restaurant.
