She modeled for years, didn't she? From what I understand, they don't have a varying sizes of shoes when you're a model, you just cram your big business into whatever size they give you and work the runway. That can't be good for your feet.

Open shoes plus dry and/or dusty weather will do that to your feet. That's pretty much like my own heels look life after a full summer of going everywhere using sandals. I should take the belt sander to my heels once the weather calls for shoes and socks again.
