I was okay with the consensual inter-species Panda/Racoon sex description right up until "turn it" and "throw it away".
That's when I lost it.
YMMV, of course.

I love that it wasn't even an interview, Just them hanging out for the most part.
Saw it live and woke the wife up from laughing so hard, I had tears streaming down.

I rewound it so my husband could watch why I was on the floor laughing so hard. I also loved that Gervais completely lost it at Jon's "two black eyes" comment. Awesome--thought he was going to do a spit-take.

I told my husband, who's not a big Ricky Gervais fan, that he should watch the interview just to see how long it would take Stewart to lose control of it. If a producer couldn't handle Gervais with a freakin' puppet, what was Gervais going to be like with Stewart? Stewart never even had a chance--Gervais leaped right in with his panda story. Great "interview"--I cracked up all the way through.

He doesn't realy mention it much unless Piers Morgan asks him about it. Though, I notice that YouTube makes it look like he exists only in the context of the Atheist debate. Nobody even knew he was an atheist until he had two popular tv series and years of celebritydom under his belt.

To be fair, Stewart interviewing Gervais tends to turn out that way. In general Stewart likes to just shoot the breeze with fellow comedians instead of sticking to a strict interview format.

Stewart didn't lose control of anything. He lets the guest determine whether they want to stick with promoting whatever they're on or just shooting shiat around. You'll notice that with comedians, it's almost always them just having fun.

Apparently it goes without saying that you have no God when you are having furry fantasies about being a raccoon-raping panda who turns the raccoons around and humps them in the eyes.

I read the comments first. Farkers said they were "in tears" and the video was "pee-your-pants hilarious." I then watched the video. There was not a single LOL moment for me. Not even a chuckle. Their conversation sounded like something a couple adolescent boys would talk about, or college students who are really really bored. Is animal sex new to you guys or something? Seems pretty standard, really. Maybe it's because I had a similar discussion when the Liger came out.
I'm sober right now, so there's that. Of course, I also don't have a man crush on John Stewart of Ricky Gervais which might be part of the problem. Was the video really that funny? Maybe if I get high and watch it I might find my LOL moment. I was really hoping for an LOL moment. I wanted to pee in my pants and cry from how awesomely hilarious the video was supposed to be.
I'm leaving depressed.

Oh man, so that's what I was doing wrong! I didn't realize my clothing choice made things funnier! Next time I'll wear a fun Hawaiian t-shirt and some flip flops, because these non-pleated cargo khakis aren't working so well.
Oh! I also didn't realize things are not funny if seen through a monitor over that other thing that is exactly like a monitor. I should hook my computer up to the other monitor instead of my current monitor so it will be funnier.

I guess I was one of the few who thought the whole interview was a race to the bottom, with Gervais grabbing hold of the lowest common denominator from the start and Stewart having no control whatsoever. I think it goes against TDS's effort to be smart humor for smart people. This kind of thing is for the idiots at Jackass, not TDS.
