On the Case:

My weimaraner got a 1/4 inch split on the tip of her ear from getting nipped by another dog. It bled like a bastard and she kept shaking her ears out. There was blood on the ceiling. I couldn't have concealed the injury from an armless Helen Keller. I went through 1/2 a tube of super glue. and most of a roll of paper towels.

Yeah, the groomer was a dumbass and should be held accountable, but I wince whenever I hear somebody refer to a dog or a cat as a "baby".
It's not a BABY, it's a DOG. There is a huge difference.

On the one hand, Petco groomers farking cut off dogs' body parts, and Michael Green is pretty much THE lawyer's lawyer in town, so it's going to be a huge battle (Green's already filed a lawsuit) and I'm going to be pulling up a chair as soon as my popcorn is ready.

On the other hand, these are hairy little dogs and you can't even see the damage, and you know dogs, they seem fine now. As an owner of two shelter dogs, both we adopted as adult, two-time abandoned, abused, neglected, malnourished, and caught as strays, shy of being touched, separation anxiety to the point of clawing walls to shreds and bloodying themselves... I've got to say, get your priorities right. I hope the lawsuit stipulates damages go for charitable and educational purposes.

And our dogs are our dogs, not our babies. I'll never stay up late worrying that I've failed and our dogs will be drug addicts that flunk out of school and steal from family. They know their place in our pack and are calm, secure, fairly well-trained, and finally happy. And I'm going to keep it that way!

Michael Green is a scumbag. When you think of scumbag lawyers his is the mental image that pops into your head. Petco is going to have to pay this scumbag 10K to go away because their dog's nails bled after being clipped.

This is the best use of the widely used but often abused "Dumbass" tag I've ever seen. It truly fits.
