Leonard chokes to death "live" on Youtube while reviewing Mama Celeste's Microwave Pizza for One and, unbeknownst to the family, the Dean has taken out massive life insurance policies on all students. The big payout, combined with the lawsuit against Mama, catapults Greendale into the Ivy League. It all falls apart when Abed finds the Pizza Review Director's Cut and discovers that Annie's Boobs mixed in a pizza from defunct microwave baker Mama LEONE'S.

Even more implausible: the Chang storyline gets funny.
Even more watchable: budget cuts force the rest of the season to be one long lingerie pillowfight between Annie and Britta. Substitute "hot oil tickle fight" for sweeps.

I'm pretty sure John Oliver is gone. He was a regular part of the cast last season but not this one.

Also, if it is one of the main characters Shirley is the most expendable.

One of the commentary tracks on season 2 stated that the guy who plays Starburns wanted to have the character die in the beginning of season 2, because he's not an actor and he doesn't like playing the character (who was supposed a one off gag).

All my money is on Starburns.

Starburns is one of the writers. I could see him convincing everyone to kill the character. Then he still works with the show, so no one complains too much.
