I don't get how people can willingly eat the same thing over and over for years! I go on my binges where I will eat at a place a couple days in a row when I really like it, but the same thing every day for over a year, I can't imagine.

They already do, in that a lot of flour is fortified. Fortifying raw ingredients like salt, water, milk and flour is what led to a dramatic decline in most malnutrition diseases, well before pill supplements became all the rage.

However, there's a more recent trend in which companies are removing or replacing various ingredients to lower costs, make more revenue or optimize for shipping. Spinach? Totally overpowers the pizza. Pineapple, sausage, and jalapenos make a way better combination. Preferably lots and lots red jalapenos or Fresno peppers if you can get them. Slice 'em up and cover the whole pizza as if it were a plate of nachos.
