They're probably behind the pharmacy counter like razor cartridges, (formerly) photo film, lithium batteries and pseudoephedrine are in many places -- small high value or restricted items that are frequently stolen. Pharmacy (in the back of the store, usually) rather than at the checkout in the front, where someone could request them more easily then grab and run.

Pharmaceutical hair too. That's the good stuff.

I'm not doubting that something like this is possible, but I cannot find any references to doing it/how to do it anywhere on the web; I'm either not searching the right way, or this isn't quite right. The UD entry for "smoke da rope" or "smoking rope" all say that it's about weed, not chemically treated hair weaves/extensions.

But yeah, go buy some pot, or, failing that, get a scrip for ADD meds; it's not that hard.
