We should just honor the laws we already have in the books and go after everyone guilty of insider trading.
I mean..., I do not recall any law that says any elected or appointed official is above the law.
They are supposed to be under the same set of laws as everyone else.

So with that, we fry them all who has done this since day 1.
(At least give them the same penalty as Martha Stewart for God's sake.)
