I feel really bad for BR, though. He's been a fixture in San Diego for ages. I guess he'll get another job doing color commentary or the sports segment on a news station again, but bringing him down with this was just stupid.

XX1090 must have been looking for a reason to get rid of both of them. There's no reason you couldn't pair BR with someone else. Hell, bring in Leitner. They could play off each other brilliantly, and he works a lot more cheaply now than in his heyday.
