+1 for nice use of OBVIOUS tag, subs.

So, who's lining up behind Gingrich? Divorce lawyers? Jewelers? Fertilizer distributors?

Did they ... did they sharpie their eyebrows? What is this, ancient Egypt?

To be fair, the donation was entirely in free tanning coupons.

They're not guidos. They're incredibly offensive college students acting racist by going in Ra-face.

Of course they do. Vanity taxes are destroying their business model, not the fact tanning salons are completely optional and in tough economic times such businesses face very tough competition from at home self tanning applications and that big nuclear ball in the sky called the sun.

Or the fact that people have decided they'd rather not have skin cancer. That couldn't have anything to do with it, either.

I'd say they back, front, side, top and bottom him, too.

If your business model is seriously threatened by the existence of the sun, you have bigger problems than taxes.

I'm annoyed that episode broke continuity. But I'm sure more established fans have probably pointed that out ad nauseum before.

I still don't understand the appeal of it. I have the sun in the summer, and in the winter I'm pale. Big deal.

To this day I have to say Boehner's name out loud in order for my mind to not process it as "Boner".

LectertheChef: Funny, but still not as funny as Santorum's Conservatives Unite Moneybomb.

This is far more funny than that. That wasn't funny even a little bit since that's not what it was called. I hate Santorum, but that was the lamest extrapolation ever.

I think we should add tanning salons to the places where welfare recipients can't use their benefits.

/it will make Bohner cry
//does really matter since welfare recipients are already dark
/// and they don't tan anyway

Considering how orange Boehner is, the money is probably a rebate for being a repeat customer. He makes the cast from Jersey Shore look goth in comparison.

Just a temporary setback until some corporation figures out how to patent using sunlight to get a tan.

So? Industry is spearheaded by the chieftains. If you had wished to purport that the workers had a say, you would have been summarily fired in a right-to-work state.

Not until I got to the article did I realize "indoor tanning" in this case had nothing to do with taxidermy. I was thinking, dang, you'd need industrial ventilation to do your tanning indoors.

My skin is in the "pink" spectrum year-round. My seasonal variation is "dusty rose" in the winter to "lobster's ready" in the summer.
