Now I got something unique...some Japanese writing, because I'm so edgy. It says "Warrior", but for some odd reason the Japanese people who see it point and laugh-hell, one guy even asked me how much I charged!

I know someone who tattooed the word "Beer" in his inner lip, and he's had it for years.

I've an acquaintance that has put "f*ck you" on the inside of his lip several times as well as a lighting bolt on his tongue.

The only plus to an inner lip tattoo is that it remains hidden. Of course they would need to show the inside of their lip if they had one. Maybe lets move it to full tongue and whole inner mouth tattoos.
