Here in Texas, we seem to like strapping people down and sticking needles in their arms.
We do it to convicted murderers and suspected drunk drivers alike.
There seems to be a lot more drunks on the road here than elsewhere that need to be stopped before they kill someone or themselves, possibly because there's Fark all else to do in this state of mouth breathing cowboy zombies besides drink.
Perhaps more education about the problem might be a better approach?
