Oh, and how could I possibly forget America's coolest comedy - Mystery Science Theater 3000, of course.

Nip/Tuck
Angel
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Rescue Me
Tales From The Darkside
Tru Calling-included a pre-douchebag Zach Galifinakiswhateveris, and he IS a Wentz since that show paid his rent for a couple years and he majorly disses it now in interviews.

Once again a "these are the bestest TV shows" list composed by someone who has only seen a handful of shows from before 1970. Glaring omissions include Peter Gunn (which should get on the list for the Henry Mancini theme song alone) and 77 Sunset Strip, both incredibly cool shows.

WellBelowAverage: Terriers

/the show, not the dog.

I still hate FX so much for marketing that show poorly. It could have run for several years.

Connections with James Burke! (all 3 incarnations)

Perhaps a little more obscure than most here.

Junkyard Wars.

I'd like to second (or third) M*A*S*H, Quantum Leap, Cheers and Parker Lewis Can't Lose.

But I'd like to add SOAP.

The list was very good with its inclusions, however.

List fails without Quark, and without pre-Sheldon Sigmund and the Sea Monsters (it jumped the shark when Rip Taylor came on board).

They missed a bunch. West Wing* and Northern Exposure for starters.
