Obama never asked for the war. The military is in Afghanistan doing the same thing it has always done. To blame this on Obama is like blaming the next President for any trouble in Libya. I find it funny that the same conservatrolls who are complaining about these deaths are also rooting for us to invade Iran, which would kill far greater numbers of both innocent civilians and our own military men and women.

It's not right to kill innocent people, even in war. This isn't a good thing. However, I'd gladly take Obama's drone-centric approach over one that puts servicemen directly in the line of fire.

Say you're a farmer, and there's an explosion on a road a half mile away from you. You run over there and find the wreckage of a car and some dead and wounded people, some of whom may have been bystanders when the explosion happened. You try to help people who are hurt without knowing who they are. Somehow this makes you a legitimate target in America's war? Only if America doesn't allow the words "war" and "crime" to be used in the same sentence.
