It's the shorts. They're too high on her waist. It looks like she took a pair of mom jeans and tried to turn them into skank shorts. Then she paired it with what looks like crap she pulled out of a dumpster. Then found a pair of expensive boots to finish the look. It's just so wrong on every level of fashion. Guess that's what you get with Vanessa as your big sis. A horrible sense of fashion.
