I was hoping for one of those "Fat guy/lady in a scooter going though a drive through", only the person got hurt or the scooter broke or something. Someone acting like a crazy person at a "restaurant" is not as funny. At least, not as funny when the employee took a crowbar to some guys face (for a good reason, I admit).

Unfortunately, at the McDonald's I worked at in High School, my manager would've just rung her up on one of the counter registers and get her on her way. Our franchise owners were keen on making EVERY customer happy, even if they are self-entitled dickfaces.

Now, we used to have police officers eat there for lunch every day and I would've loved to have one of them pepper spray the customer through the drive thru window. (ahhh... wage slave fantasies)

Why don't the British capitalize proper nouns? Why do they think "its" means "it is"?

People who drive oversized, shiny pickups that they never use for any real work are almost universally jackasses.

One possibility:

She could have at one point illiterate and couldn't order at the sign (they have picture menus for these folks/people with cognitive disabilities) and so realized you could just drive up to the window/order (since she is driving she obviously isn't blind/they probably would have mentioned if she was deaf and there would have been outrage from the deaf community). I say "at some point" because at this point she probably knows what she wants/has no use for a menu at McDonalds. Still she probably uses the fact that she is/once was illiterate to cut in line.

Or she is just a dumbass.

Article says she has done this before. I worked at a MCDs for a couple years and have never seen this before when there was a line. We have had stupid people drive up to the window because somehow they didn't know to order at the sign. Also seen people pay at the first window then completely drive away, never to return or even call about their missing food. People working there and their customers are interesting...

2. Its not really anti-american, its just telling stories that actually happened. Sure they have a negative light but, hey, take the good take the bad and you get a show with a fat chick.
