Ron Paul supporters tend to be a tad hypersensitive. I wouldn't be surprised if someone from the Newt camp simply asked this guy to leave and the guy starting making a scene by running around in circles waving his arms in the air while screaming about the constitution.

And yet don't you find it funny that we're the only ones asking these questions? You'd think at least the girl's parents would want to know; and of course law enforcement; and god knows the media loves a good scandal (and not to mention it's the media's job to ask questions). But there's just all this silence about it, it's very curious indeed. I think these are certainly questions that need to be asked.

Its a criminal matter, and requires the police to make an arrest and the DA to press charges. You don't normally skip that step and proceed directly to suing them for damages.
