I gotta say, playing in shorts at near freezing . . .

own goal

. . .temperatures is rather hard core.

Chupacabra Sandwich: ADubs86: It wasn't so much a div as it was just leaving his leg in and baiting for the contact. Still a biatch move though.

No it was definitely a dive. A brush from Chris Baird did not send Johnson down.

decent possession from Fulham capped off with an ok shot from Duff.

Speaking of Chris Baird, he just got an own goal.

I think Fulham could mug Man City in the box and it won't be called.

2012-02-04 01:04:00 PM
Now that challenge should have been given instead of the Johnson challenge.

2012-02-04 01:04:01 PM
Etuhu gets some ball there...but that can be called a penalty any day. This game could turn very ugly for Fulham.

2012-02-04 01:06:36 PM
Nice pick out of the air. Too bad the kick was from his own player.

2012-02-04 01:07:20 PM
Bring on Riise, Ruiz, and Frei.

Withdraw Baird, Murphy, and Etuhu.

Why is Etuhu in?

2012-02-04 01:10:54 PM
Duff needs to take better corners. Finding Dempsey or Hangeland in the box is the only way FFC is going to get a goal.

Norfolking Chance: Lord Jubjub: Bolton is 3-0-1 against their fellow bottom dwellers. If they can repeat that performance in the second half of the season, they could stay up.

How long is it going to take for Lambert and Norwich to get the credit they deserve? They have been promoted twice in the last two seasons and are now sitting mid-table in the Premier League! Eight points away from safty and its only just February. Apart from Sunderland all the teams above them have been playing European Football this seaason with budgets four or five times bigger.

Lets be 'aving yer!

I'm terrified of Norwich. They play smart and hard, and can score goals. I had picked QPR as the team to stay up early in this season, but instead it's Norwich and Swans mid-table, with QPR much further down. All credit to the Canaries.

I figure he started Etuhu to be the midfield tracking dog. I don't get Baird at LB though. At least if Ruiz was on, he would give Fulham another skill option along with Dembele in the midfield.

Dempsey appears to be coming into his own. He is currently 7th in the league in scoring ahead of some fairly big names.

2012-02-04 01:34:48 PM
Chupacabra Sandwich: Adam Johnson and Samir Nasri is a farking coont.

Seriously, fark City.

FTFY

Looking much better in the second half so far. COYW!!!

It looks like City are trying to one up Utd by being even more hated. That takes some real effort.

Jol! The match is only ninety minutes long!

Riise ----> ON
Baird----> OFF

Ruiz-----> ON
Etuhu---> OFF

Where's the foul there? Senderos got the ball...

2012-02-04 01:55:46 PM
The BBC Commentator getting smart. He just posted:

Half an hour left at the Etihad Stadium, aka Ice Station Zebra. Fulham, possibly helped by being in a kit ideal for snow camoflage, are still plugging away ...

2012-02-04 01:56:29 PM
A BOOKING?

FOR WHAT?

2012-02-04 01:56:35 PM
AND he gets the yellow?!?! The ref has affected the game today...really a shame.

2012-02-04 01:56:46 PM
The BBC just reference Ice Station Zebra. THAT's a blast from the past.

A booking? MIght not even have been a foul. . .

2012-02-04 01:58:02 PM
Serious snow going on.

Bye bye, Etuhu. You're worthless.

Ruiz on.

2012-02-04 01:59:05 PM
Booked for nothing illegal there. This seems to just be City's day.

ADubs86: Booked for nothing illegal there. This seems to just be City's day.

I'm as shocked as everyone else that a top side would get the calls to go their way.

2012-02-04 02:02:22 PM
fark off.

2012-02-04 02:02:32 PM
EDIN DZEKO seals the win.

2012-02-04 02:02:35 PM
Well, this game is likely over.

2012-02-04 02:02:48 PM
Dammit, my feed just crashed. No other feed will load.

Game over.

Very nice run.

Aguero continues to haunt us by destroying hangeland.

Also, I farking hate city. Tevez, Balotelli, Johnson, and Nasri. My, my what a bunch of douchebags. I never thought I would be rooting for United to win a title, but I really, really, hate this city team.

2012-02-04 02:05:03 PM
Ugh...stupid players trying to "head rub" eachother. I'd give two yellow cards for that idiocy.

Now...time for Fulham to get in there with some two footed sliding tackles. Nothing illegal, just make City earn their 3 points.

2012-02-04 02:06:03 PM
get up, aguero. Not even your team believes you are injured.

As much as I hate Man U, they seem to achieve it with some level of class. Like they've been there before...

Like I said, I hate Man U, but I can't help but respect them. City can fark themselves with their oil money.

Balotelli's in the skybox doing magic tricks. Dude just does not give a fark.

It's his world, we're all just living in it.

Here comes Pizarro. He's getting a whopping 5 minutes of time.

2012-02-04 02:26:25 PM
And that's time.

Welp, off to cook dinner. See you bros tomorrow.

Blecjhh. Not until I've had my coffee.

Hopefully Villa has the mettle to actually pull this one off.

2012-02-05 08:31:58 AM
Why am I up right now. But, anyways, go NUFC!

Coffee is like booze in that it allows me to keep going with my day. Fuel for the soul really.

ADubs86: And we're back. How's everyone on Super Bowl Sunday?

I had to google who was playing in the Superbowl.

Used to be a vague supporter of the NY Jets when I was a young'un. More into baseball wrt colony-originated games now.

DOUBLE DEMBA

/never been more excited for a substitution

2012-02-05 08:45:34 AM
So Leon Best is already down and new signing PAPISS DEMBA CISSE steps on the pitch. I have no idea how they're going to make the No.9 chant with that monstrosity of a name.

2012-02-05 08:45:55 AM
What is the plural of Demba?

Dembas?
Dembois?
Dembaii?

My wife asked me who was playing in 'the game' this weekend, I immediately answered 'Chelsea and Manchester United.'

2012-02-05 08:54:35 AM
Ouch, clash of heads there. Warnock got the worst of it.

DEMBA BA opens the scoring!
