Assuming there's any truth to her claims, one would've thought Cashman was smarter than sticking your dick in crazy.

It wouldnt be the Yankees without some kind of scandal going on.

He could have avoided the whole thing if he would've just given her a gift basket the morning after

the first year that the yankee stadium opened, the total price was cheaper to fly to Anaheim for a game than mass transit from NJ to the bronx, see a game and get some beer and food.

I went on Stub Hub and got tix the first year. For three people, for all of us, about 250 with food all together. Not sure where you are getting your numbers.

There is some likely truth to her claims, as Deadspin has been chronicling. Lotta weird stuff going on.

Have you seen some of the contract offers he's made?

/Theo must have his dick permanently stuck in the crazy

She should have hired Gloria Allred as her lawyer. That way she could have had Allred contact him and make the request for money or she would go public and sue, and it wouldn't be considered extortion. This now seems to be Allred's specialty.

Don't forget a signed baseball too.

ESPN is reporting that his wife filed for divorce yesterday, so I'm thinking he did, in fact, stick his dick in the crazy. Or least his wife believes he did.

I just thought of a story I wish would happen. A baseball player's hot wife bangs the GM in return for a better contract. Or a player's wife banging the manager for more playing time.

Douche? Probably.
Overrated? I genuinely tend to think Cashman is -underrated-.
Too many people think "pfft, anyone could do that job with those resources" when the truth is that he's made some pretty slick moves during his tenure. Most of the dumb deals the Yankees have made in his time were not his own but usually those of his superiors. He's had his share of dogs, no doubt, but overall he's a great GM.

I'm not even a Yankees fan and I agree with this. He certainly has an advantage in resources but doesn't automatically mean that the team will always be good. Cases in point: my Mets, the Cubs, the NY Rangers in the 2000's, etc.

Casman can't be that bad of a GM. Didn't the Yankees suck for at least 15 years before Cashman became the GM?

Before Bob Watson, but Watson was more lucky than good.

Yup, Nick Swisher for a bag of balls, the Lidle/Abreu trade for scrubs, etc. And for the last 2 years, he's been like the guy in Office Space, saying anything he wants, even badmouthing the owners, telling Mike and the Maddog to basically STFU the past several years. I love it.

They had some good years, but you can't have John and Guidry as your top 2 starters, in 1987

Then you were looking in the wrong place or specifically in the legends seats. I got decent seats for 60 bucks a head in May 2009.

What people don't get about legends seats is that EVERYTHING comes with it. Food, drink, etc. So it's not just the seat, it's the whole thing.

Allred is a farking joke. What's made worse is that she uses TMZ as a mouth piece.
