100% want you to retire those old, ugly, mean spirited "flight attendants".

I fly regularly and have a good experience everytime. I find delta to have the best service and atmosphere, especially on the larger 757s/767s/777s because they have TVs behind every seat. Also if you get in first class, THEY GET YOU DRUNK. I got upgraded and asked for whiskey on the rocks and the flight attendant *cough* waitress *cough* literally gave me a full glass of JD

Singapore Airlines.

Won't help much domestically but you can from from NY to Frankfurt on them - so you can get to Europe then use rail locally.

I don't know about where you are but this does NOT hold up east of the Mississippi.

SAS is the only way to cross the pond. But we are talking about domestic airlines here.

I did 47 flights last year -- not a huge amount in the grand pantheon of business travel, but much more than the average person. By and large, I've had few problems with the airlines or security.

The people who complain the most are always the people who fly the least. Their expectations are clearly out of whack.

You must be a paid operative for Delta, because they are BY FAR the worst airline out there, with the possible exception of most of the others. But seriously, Delta is awful.

I like flying Southwest, since I sleep through flights and they've got little maintenance downtime and have a quick turnaround.

And 100% were sick of getting exposed to unlicensed medical imaging devices and getting their junk groped.

And 0% actually wanted a rate hike for tickets in order to pay for these things...

Demand would be higher if you didn't get raped getting to the gate.

I had 31 flights last year, 26 with US Airways, 4 with United and 1 with Delta because of a delayed flight out of Vermont due to weather. US Air has some really fun flight attendant groups, and some rather normal ones, but I did not have a bad experience unless you consider turbulence to be scary. I have to agree with thornhill, the loudest complainers are those who just are not used to flying.
