At a charter school by wife's work, this would be common place. MTA vans going the wrong way against traffic (even against their own buses). The parents are even worse, they take over the back alley behind a grocery store causing problems for the trucks trying to work. One late winter the store had a huge pile of snow built up by the plow trucks (about 10 to 12 feet high). Some dad thought it would be cool to park his '90's Jimmy on it backwards. His front wheels were atleast 5 feet above the parking lot. It took a wrecker to get him down.

i am worried about people with pending cases cluttering up the jails.
