The rest of the cast is actually a little more respectable:Howard Hesseman (Head of the Class), Sherilyn Fenn (Twin Peaks), Andre Royo (The Wire) and Bruce Davison (X-Men). Might be a hoot but it's gonna have to top the one with Jefferey Combs, Lance Henriksen, Paul Gleason, and the guy that played Lloyd Braun on Seinfeld (Abominable?). That one had a Drew Struzan poster!

Good on them. Glad to see they still are in the biz. Poor guys got typecast and never got a chance to re-image themselves.

SyFy movies are casted pretty decently. They are purposefully made the way they are. It's what's expected from the channel, and that's what people tune in to see. No one watches expecting a good movie. They watch to see exactly when the train jumps off the tracks. My wife makes fun of me when I watch them because I can't get her to understand that it was made that way purposely and that's the beauty of the movie.

She came home from filming last week in the middle of nowhere with stories about the surprising presence of a budget on set. She only had one line, but was well paid and fed for her time. She even got to meet some people with names she recognized like Bonaduce, who spoke at length about celebrity this-and-that.

We had no idea this was for SyFy. Follower #2? Oh yeah, I'm hitting that.

That's the way I take them, there awsomeness is their awfulness, and the casting is spot on for what they are. Horrible on purpose, filled with horrible has been and never were actors who seem to be in on the joke for no other reason then to be on screen again and maybe jump start their carreers again.

I can only hope that the flicks get even more over the top and ridiculous, and I'm waiting on the triumphant return of emanual lewis as some kind of evil mad scientist ala the original professor arlan lovelace from the original wild wild west
